We are seeking a creative and passionate Motion Designer to join our marketing design team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating marketing videos that showcase the capabilities of our photo editing tools. Your creative vision, technical expertise, and storytelling skills will be essential in helping us engage and inspire our target audience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the same role.

• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Figma experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design and video editing skills.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and an understanding of visual narratives.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Knowledge of video compression, formats, and optimization for various platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in creating marketing videos for software products is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and Ideate: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for marketing videos that effectively communicate the value of our products.
• Storyboarding: Create storyboards, mood boards, and visual references to outline the creative direction of each video project.
• Motion Graphics and Animation: Design and animate visually stunning motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance the overall impact of our marketing videos.
• Video Editing: Edit and assemble video footage, graphics, and animations into polished marketing videos that align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Sound Design: Incorporate sound design elements, music, and voiceovers to enhance the emotional resonance of the videos.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product managers, and designers, to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Stay Current: Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually push the boundaries of creative motion design.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of the final output, adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications.
